How do I buy something?
Tap an item and ask us on WhatsApp, or call us. You can also visit us. Our phone and WhatsApp numbers stay at the top of every page.
Can I see sarees on a video call?
Yes. Tell us when suits you and we will show you sarees on a WhatsApp video call. You are also welcome to visit the shop.
How do I find out the price?
Ask us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will tell you.
What does a customer login do?
With a login you can see our Select designs and how many we have, send us your cart, and reserve items for 1 day. Ask us for a login.
How does Reserve work?
Log in, add items to your cart and tap Reserve for 1 day. We hold those pieces for you and other customers cannot take them. If they are not bought in that time, they go back on sale by themselves. You can also cancel a reservation from your cart.
What is How's my look?
It is a page where you can dress a figure in one of our sarees or scarves, pick a blouse color, hair and accessories, and turn her around. It is in beta, so the drape and colors are only a guide.
Will the color match the photo?
Colors can look a little different on a phone or computer screen. Ask us for more photos if you are not sure.
Is everything handmade?
No. Some pieces are fully handmade with physical punch cards. Others are semi-automatic, with a computer controlling the jacquard. Ask us which way a piece was made.
Are two pieces exactly the same?
Not always. Fully handmade pieces have small changes from piece to piece.
